Sunflower Haché Pizza

Pizza is always a good idea. You know what makes homemade pizza even better? Topping it with deliciously nutty Sunflower Haché!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Sunflower Haché
  • Pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 oz of water
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Vegan pizza cheese
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3.5 oz corn
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • Fresh basil

Directions:

Roll out the pizza dough on baking paper with flour.

Then put the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl and mix.

Then spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough and spread vegan pizza cheese on top.

Heat some oil in a pan and heat the onions until translucent. Add the Sunflower Haché with 5 oz water. Then add paprika, garlic, cumin, pepper, and salt and mix everything well.

Put the finished mixture on the pizza. Then add corn, onions, paprika and vegan pizza cheese to the pizza.

Cook pizza in the oven at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Top with sliced fresh basil and serve!
