Sunflower Haché “Meatballs”

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Sunflower Haché
  • 250 g Beans
  • 30 g Oatmeal
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Flax
  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric

Directions:

Add all ingredients except the sunflower hache in a blender or food processor and blend until the texture is uniform.

Pour the sunflower hache into a bowl and add the blended ingredients. Mix throughly

Take small chunks and roll them into their final meatball shape.

Add sunflower oil to a stovetop pan on medium heat. Brown the balls on all until golden.

Cook in a convection oven at 400 ̊F for ten minutes.
