For the dough
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; add oil and salt while stirring
Mix chili powder with 1 tsp vegetable oil and add salt to it
Form dough into a ball, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes
For the stuffing – mix all ingredients (slightly lumpy) and season to taste
Divide dough into 10 portions of 3 oz each
Pour flour onto a flat surface and roll out each dough portion to the size of a dinner plate
Take two spoonful of stuffing and spread thinly and evenly from the center to the edge
Bake at 430°F for 10 – 12 minutes
Garnish with fresh tomatoes, arugula, cucumbers, and vegan cashew crème to your liking!
