Haché Cevapcici (Balkan Sausage)

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Sunflower Haché
  • 6-10 oz Water
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Flour
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sweet Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Marjoram
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Parsley Stalks
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Put the flour, sunflower flour, soy sauce, tomato paste, mustard, paprika powder, marjoram, chilli, pepper, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Add 1-2 cloves of garlic and parsley and stir well.

Put the sunflower haché into a separate bowl and  hydrate with 3/4 cup water. Add the moistened sunflower hache into the other bowl and mix thoroughly.

You now form the cevapcici from the mass. Fry them in the pan or on the grill. Serve with vegetables, rice or pasta as you like.
