Haché Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 1 package Sunflower Haché
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 9 strips of lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella plus extra cheese for topping
Directions:
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat 2 cups pasta sauce and 1 package of Sunflower Haché. Combine 1 cup ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
3. Spread 3-4 tbsp sauce on the bottom of a 9×9 oven safe dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles. Spread 1/3 cheese mixture and then 1/3 sauce mixture. Repeat process two more times.
4. Add extra water inside sides of pan if needed to make sure pasta is covered in sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella to cover top.
5. Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown.
